Stellaris Utopia - Space Ming! (Pacifist Xenophobe) - Part 26

Stellaris's first expansion pack Utopia with the 1.5 update that many have actually begun to say the game is properly out of beta and released properly. So for our first game we will be as the returned Palmyrene Empire and we will take the civic of 'inward perfection' and the 'agrarian idyll' which is rather similar to the historical Chinese empires of the past.
