The team of Russian oppositionist Alexei Navalny has published a new investigation dedicated to the chief designer of the Soyuz aircraft engine scientific and technical complex, Mkrtich Okroyan. The plant is engaged in the production, among other things, of engines for Kh-22 and Kalibr cruise missiles, which are used to strike on the territory of Ukraine. Neither the enterprise nor the designer himself is still under Western sanctions. This allows Okroyan and his family to freely conduct business outside of Russia.
