Hertz Foundation Application for Fellowship Process

Jay Davis, President, Hertz Foundation narrates part of the process of awarding the $250,000 Hertz Foundation Fellowships. The intention of these awards is to provide unique financial and fellowship support to the nation's most remarkable PhD students in the physical, biological and engineering sciences.
