The shooting that killed 8-year-old Melissa Ortega is not only heartbreaking, but also a big concern for the Little Village neighborhood. Baltazar Enriquez, president of the Little Village Community Council, tells CBS 2’s Jim Williams and Marie Saavedra that his organization is asking for federal help.
