Lakers Fall to OKC & Other Playoffs News

Last night the Thunder struck down the Lakers 119 to 90 in a blow out game that has some Lakers fans worried about the fate of their team. In the first meeting since Metta elbowed Harden, Oklahoma fans were charged up, booing World Peace every time he had the ball. The Lakers faced the Thunder less than 48 hours after closing out the Nuggets, while OKC had 8 days off. Russell Westbrook was the key to the game with 27 points and nine assists. Scoring champ Kevin Durant added 25 points. The Thunder were up by 15 at halftime, then went on a 15-2 scoring spree that fueled the crowd of Genius Bar employee look-a-likes. At one point the Thunder were up by 35 points. OKC shot 53 percent and finally got their turnover issues under control, committing just one.
