In our residential level of care, you can actually begin your journey on coming to learn and understand your history around your trauma. Also, learn how to regulate and start to feel and experience the physiological calming that can occur with grounding and stabilization. Along with just understanding your thoughts and your emotions, and eventually starting to work on your story. We not only support this in the residential but we then also help you along the journey in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient therapy. Throughout that whole entire time we can build towards this feelings of hope and resilience and healing.
