UPS plane crash: NTSB looks for answers at charred crash site

A UPS cargo plane’s left wing caught fire and its engine fell off just before it crashed and exploded after takeoff in Kentucky, according to federal investigators. The crash and fire Tuesday destroyed the plane and spread to nearby businesses in Louisville, Kentucky. Authorities say at least 12 people died and others are missing. One "young child" was among the dead.
