Police Searching for Armed and Dangerous Man

The RCMP is looking for your help finding an armed and dangerous man who they believe has a firearm. 31 year old Robert Lee Milligan is wanted as a result of an alleged domestic assault believed to have happened Friday, October 31st in Lower College Heights. Milligan is well known to police and has an extensive history of violent and firearm related offences. Police believe he has a firearm. He's described as Caucasian, 5'11, weighing 200 lbs., with brown eyes and a shaved head. He has tear drop tattoos under each eye. RCMP say you should not approach Milligan if you spot him, but instead call 911.
