COOK WITH ME | What We Ate For Easter Dinner | How Ines Rolls

Happy Monday ROLLERS!!! We had a lovely Easter albeit different. But I was able to get the same traditional foods that we are used to. Come see how Paul & I cook our Easter Dinner. Plus see what else we've got going om around here. Directions for my Funeral Potatoes (Cheesy Potatoes): 2 lbs of cubed fresh potatoes 1 can (10oz) cond cream of chicken soup 1/2 can of milk 1c sour cream 1c extra sharp cheddar cheese Sprinkle of dehydrated onions Salt & pepper to taste Plain potato chips Heat this through & pour into large bowl. Cube & add fresh potatoes to the sauce. Pour into greased 9x13 Pan (or 9x9) Crush chips & sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered for 45 min. if you double recipe , it could take an 1.5 hours Take care & Stay healthy!
