Indeed I feel extremely honored to be standing in front of our excellencies and distinguished guests, here at one of Bali’s most prestigious resort, with its beautiful surroundings and hosted by the well-known Balinese hospitality. Excellencies, distinguished guests, Ladies & Gentlemen, Indonesia is one of the world’s top 5 most populous country, the largest archipelagic state, with more than 17 thousand islands, and the number 3 country that has the longest coastline. The country is lying along the equator, with rich flora and fauna, as well as unique culture and warm hospitality of its people. Talking about the people of Indonesia, there are over 300 ethnic groups in this country, and if you travel from the most western part of Indonesia to the most eastern, you will hear more than 700 local dialects that are spoken by Indonesians. He wanted to bring peace and love to the world. He believed that his talent in music would be a powerful tool. With his World Music band, here is Gus Teja Sentosa and his musical troop, bringing peace, serenity and friendship regardless of cultural background and races. Please welcome, Gus Teja World Music. ***** We would like to present a traditional Balinese dance. It is performed by 8 dancers, depicting the God of Wishnu, one of the God’s power in Hindu religion. Wishnu is equipped with the Almighty’s power to maintain the world’s stability, with Garuda as the vehicle and Chakra as the weapon. May I suggest you to take out your mobile phone to capture some photos, because this dance has a unique choreography.
