I start with a Sony ZV-1 on a Manfrotto tripod , connected via an Elgato Cam Link USB to HDMI capture device and a Micro HDMI cable. To connect my iPhone to OBS for Phone Capture videos, I use the Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter and a standard HDMI cable to the Elgato Cam Link. I use OB Studio on an iMac as the recording platform, which allows me to easily mix in an active window from the Internet or another application. I use a Shure MV-7 microphone on a flexible arm running through a Behringer UMC202HD interface. The background is a green screen hanging from a frame - no that is not my real office, but a stock image from Envato. I light the room with box lights and up lights for the green screen.
