I think Evolving Skies is arguably the BEST set in the last 10 YEARS! I can only really put a few sets in the same category - Evolutions Hidden Fates and Maybe Cosmic Eclipse I dont think Shining Legends is as good, and although there are other great Pokémon TCG sets that have been released in the last 10 years, I think that Evolving Skies stands head and shoulders above 99% of them.
