Titan Quest Ragnarok: Jotunheim Portal to the Silver Shore
Today we ventured from the Jotunheim Portal, located in the Jotunheimr Wasteland to explore the Jarnvidr deep forest. Of course, as forests go, there were several fungi critters, and to my disappointment, giant spiders. Curse those giant spiders!!! Fortunately, it wasn't a particularly large forest, and the Yggdrasil Glade was easily found. This lead us to the underground maze created by Mimer. Mimer had decided to play games with us - presenting several mechanical constructive foes and several glistening crystal golems. To my surprise, he also presented several doppelganger mobs and I must say, me fighting me was not the best ride I've been on. Eventually, we came face to face with the Giant himself. He played more deceptive games but was brought to his knees. With a little coaxing, he presented us with vital information that allowed us to pass through the Yggdrasil root to defeat Nidhoggr (Tormentor of the Dead) and fall open the Silver Shore.
