A Ukrainian man has returned to the city of Dnipropetrovsk after receiving treatment in Latvia for injuries he sustained while being severerly beaten by insurgents in Ukraine's east. Artem Chaykovsky and his friend Maksim were abducted in the city of Donetsk in August after they chanted, "glory to Ukraine" in the city centre.
