Parkour Singapore | June Monthly Jam 2019 X Family Day

Our June Monthly Jam theme was Family Day! Held at one of our local favourite spots - Bishan 205, Team Strong Silvers and the Parkour Aunties from MOVE Academy Singapore joined us in this jam. Inspired by one of the Parkour values "To be and to last", ideas and concepts behind holistic health and training for longevity was shared amongst participants of all ages.
