The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has terminated the temporary membership of advocate Rakesh Kishore and barred him from practising in the Supreme Court following his attempt to throw a shoe at Chief Justice of India BR Gavai. The SCBA described his behaviour as “reprehensible, disorderly, and intemperate,” cancelling his membership card and revoking his court access.
