Dash Camera Footage Captures Alaska Police Killing Bishar Hassan

Trigger Warning: Police Shooting New dash camera footage reveals the 2019 police killing of a Black man named Bishar Hassan in Anchorage, Alaska. The video shows Hassan walking down the street when three police vehicles approached him as officers believed he fit a description. He reached in his waistband to retrieve his BB gun when officers immediately began firing their weapons. The video also captured the two minutes after the shooting where officers left Hassan on the ground without any first aid.
