Armenian News - NEWS.am presents the breaking news amid the Azerbaijani attack on the maternity hospital in Karabakh capital of Stepanakert: https://news.am/eng/news/610253.html https://news.am/eng/news/610267.html The Armed Forces of Azerbaijan have targeted the maternity hospital in Stepanakert. According to the Artsakh office of the Human Rights Ombudsman, Azerbaijani armed forces on Wednesday struck more than 15 times on different parts of the Artsakh capital Stepanakert and Shushi town. The statement added that they deliberately targeted the maternal and child health center and some residential and public objects. One civilian was killed and two were wounded in Shushi. The human damages in Stepanakert are being clarified. Large-scale destructions are reported in Stepanakert, including at the Maternal and Child Health Center. According to the Human Rights Ombudsman, these new crimes are a consequence of the international community's silence to the previous crimes, which encourages Azerbaijan. Therefore, both Azerbaijan and the international community are responsible for these crimes.
