Speaking exclusively to R&M TV, Dilbag Singh Sihag, ED, HRERA said that the builder buyer agreements has to be a balanced one. Sihag further added that if agreements are discriminatory or biased, then such agreements will be treated as unfair trade practice, and as Supreme Court ruling such unfair trade practices should be suppressed. The HRERA ED also added that interest for delayed possession to be calculated as per Rule 15 of RERA, which would SBI rate plus 2 per cent.
