Opening Invocation Heavenly Father, as this day now draws to a close, I come before You in humility and trust. The noise of the world fades, the work of my hands is finished, and I place myself entirely into Your loving care. Thank You for sustaining me through every hour of this day — for the seen and unseen graces, for protection from dangers known and unknown, and for Your quiet presence that never left my side. Thanksgiving for the Day O Lord, my God, I thank You with all my heart for every blessing You have poured into my life today. For the breath in my lungs, the strength in my body, the food I received, the shelter I rest in, and the people You placed along my path — I give You praise. Thank You for moments of joy, lessons hidden in challenges, and even the trials that stretched my faith and drew me closer to You. All that I am and all that I have comes from You alone. Examination of Conscience Merciful Father, as I reflect on this day, I ask You to shine the light of Your truth into my heart. Reveal to me the moments where I failed to love as You love, where my words lacked kindness, where my actions lacked charity, and where I placed my will above Yours. Forgive me for my impatience, my pride, my fear, my neglect of prayer, and my failure to trust You completely. Cleanse my heart, O Lord, and renew a right spirit within me. Act of Contrition O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest all my sins because of Your just punishments, but most of all because they offend You, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love.
