BABY METROID - Super Metroid 100% Part 1 w/ Facecam - Missiles and Bombs - vs Ridley & Chozo Statue

Welcome to my Playthrough that will kick off 2017! Super Metroid, the Super Nintendo game from 1994, is still relevant 23 years later, especially in the speed running community. During this 100% walkthrough/playthrough, I will collect every item in the game, which will require quite a bit of exploration! Also enjoy many Super Metroid funny moments to come in this series! While playing Super Metroid in 1080p 60fps, I will also include a facecam! In this part, we encounter Rildey at the Space Colony after finding the baby Metroid, reach Planet Zebes once again, pick up the morph ball, missiles, and bombs. The missiles are probably one of the most important, and most common items in Super Metroid. Missiles are literally scattered throughout Zebes, and they're used to destroy certain enemies with a bit more ease, and open the pink doors. We also encountered the first boss battle of Super Metroid, the Chozo Statue that comes to life after you pick up the bomb item from its hands. We are looking to pick up all 230 missiles in the game, which is necessary to get every item and an 100% completion of Super Metroid. Wish me luck! Despite this Let's Play making for many funny moments, Super Metroid is no joke! Just in Part 1, there are not one, but TWO boss fights. The first is against Ridley, who completely wrecks us in the Space Colony after we attempted to rescue the baby Metroid, and the second is against a Chozo Statue that suddenly comes alive, attacking us right after we collected the bombs in Crateria.
