If you're wondering how exercise can help you in your cancer journey, here's an article that might be helpful ➡️ https://proyectolazos.com/fisioterapi... 🎯 The goal of this class is to begin regaining flexibility, improving arm and chest function, which is especially affected after treatments like chemotherapy or radiotherapy. ⚠️ It's essential that before starting any type of physical activity, you consult your oncologist to determine if this type of exercise is appropriate for you. ⚠️ 👀 You should feel comfortable and safe during the exercises. If you feel dizzy, unwell, have pain, or experience any unusual sensations, stop the activity and consult your doctor or trusted physiotherapist. ----------------- Why this class now? October 19th was International Breast Cancer Day, and with this day, a project that has filled my heart these past few months was born. For some time now, I've felt I need to give back to my Spartans in some way, and this wonderful idea came to me to try and support all those women who are fighting or have fought against breast cancer. Together with a wonderful team of people, we've created the Pink Ribbons Project, which aims to provide guidance to all these women from the perspectives of nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy, and exercise.
