We left Friday morning with the intention of hiking Tallulah Gorge. When we got there, we decided to get a floor pass and take the difficult route. Down 300-something steps, across a suspension bridge, and to the bottom of the gorge. This hike was one of the most scenic and awesome hikes we've ever done. It was definitely difficult - especially since I was unprepared for it and had to keep the DSLR out of the water. In the end, it was worth the sore muscles and I look forward to going back someday with some swimwear (not that I wasn't forced to swim this time) and enjoy things more thoroughly.
