The NOAA has warned that a new area of low pressure is set to bring heavy rain to Cuba, Florida and the Bahamas. The next Atlantic hurricane will be named Nate after Hurricane Harvey flooded Texas, Hurricanes Irma wrecked the Caribbean and Florida and Hurricane Maria hit the Caribbean again. A new area of low pressure forming over the Caribbean Sea is forecast to impact the Cuba, Florida and the Bahamas but the chances of it developing into Hurricane Nate remain low.
