Oakland Firefighters and Animal Services Rescue Dog
A dog had gotten herself trapped in the canal at 73rd and Hegenberger. When Oakland Animal Services arrived, it was clear she had been trapped threre for a long time - she was shivering and trying to prop herself up on the side to avoid falling in.
