As most of us know, the Grove Street Families have basically fallen after Smoke and Ryder sold out CJ and Sweet and had them ambushed. After that, Los Santos falls into Ballas control and CJ is exiled out of the city, working for various other mobsters and crime bosses in San Fierro and Las Venturas.
