Man accused of being under the influence in fatal collision on SR-56 pleads not guilty

An 18-year-old who allegedly was on drugs when he got into a head-on freeway crash that killed a 22-year-old driver in Rancho Penasquitos pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and driving under the influence causing injury.
