Bryan Kohberger made another appearance in court as a judge weighs whether or not to lift the gag order in the case. Shannon Gray, the attorney for the Goncalves family, filed a motion to lift it. “I have not seen a poorer line of communication in my 22 years than with the prosecution and the Goncalves family," Gray said. Gray represents the Goncalves family, who lost their daughter Kaylee Goncalves in November of 2022 in a brutal stabbing in Moscow. Bryan Kohberger is charged with her murder and the murders Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.
