vPub Live - Enjoying Whisky More - #1 Pairing with Cheese! (& the distilled Irn-Bru thing)

This is intended to be fun. Anyone thinking this will be too serious may want to look elsewhere. I have, however, reached out to a cheese expert though, and she's a whisky fan. She knows what works well and she knows (perhaps more importantly) what doesn't work so well. Excited to bring Phoebe Weller's insight into elevating our whisky experience, and probably upping our cheese game too. I'll share in advance what the pairings are should you like to get involved yourself. Whiskies will be selected based on available styles you probably already have, possibly the same with the cheese choices! From there we'll wander into the just as fascinating world of Scotland's other national drink, but ask - what's it like as a distilled spirit?
