Solo Hiking Across Madeira

Madeira is a Portuguese island located in the Atlantic Ocean, which is geographically closer to Africa than mainland Portugal. It has a friendly temperature all year round and not without reason is it called an island of never-ending spring. Sometimes you even hear comparisons to Hawaii. I visited Madeira with one main goal. I wanted to experience this beautiful island a little differently to an ordinary tourists, so I decided to cross it on foot.
