Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage Harvest!
On Dec. 30th 2020 I planted an early Jersey Wakefield cabbage seedling that had been started on Aug 21st 2020. I wasnt sure if it would actually grow considering it was in the seed starting tray for months and I was planting it at the very start of winter. On nights when it was freezing I covered it with a clear container. It grew slowly and finally when the weather started to warm a bit it grew faster. over the last 3 weeks it went from just a small heart to what you see in the video. Amazing!
