Winnie Byanyima has attacked government personal grants to bishops in the Catholic Church which she says co-opts clerics and undermines the church. The OXFAM Executive Director was the chief celebrant at this year’s last mass by the association of Western Uganda Catholics living in Kampala, AMDA.
