The island Blackreef is stuck in a time loop and its Colts mission to release the inhabitants, Visionaries and Eternalist alike. Using weapons and abilities found along the way Colt discovers he's being hunted by his ultimate rival Julianna, who is sworn to protect the loop at all costs. Players will experience the main story as Colt hunting down targets to break the loop and earn his freedom. With each new loop reveals more of its past and future. Adapting to each new loop helps the player find hints and clues to get them closer to their ultimate end goal. Once the main storyline is finished the player will have the opportunity to play as Julianna, Colts rival assassin, whose sole purpose is to take down Colt and keep the loop going. Colt has been tasked to take out eight targets across the island before midnight, as leaving even one alive will cause the time loop to reset and undo his work. Should Colt die before taking out the eight targets, he will wake back up at the start of the loop. If at first you don't succeed.... die die again.
