In today's video I'm going to share my top out of the box tips when starting out on your WW journey. I'm 5'7", 40 years old and 7 months into my WW journey and currently down 33.1 pounds. My zero point foods are vegetables (non-starchy), fruits, and chicken. I currently get 27 daily points and 21 weekly points. I normally gain an extra 2-5 daily points for water and vegetables. In addition, I gain anywhere between 2-10 extra weekly points daily for my activity level. I hope you find these tips helpful and encouraging.
