Animal Crossing New Horizons - New Years Celebration Event 2023 with my Islanders! My islanders and I enjoy the New Years Celebration Event for 2023 on Animal Crossing New Horizons! My island looks different due to my old switch dying and my old island being lost so this is a new island. Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new Let's Play series! This is Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Nintendo Switch and my name is MrSOAP999! The final major update to Animal Crossing New Horizons lets us celebrate the New Years Event Countdown with my island residents! In the previous update, we gained the ability to go swimming in the waters surrounding our islands, giving us the chance to collect new marine life for the Museum! The second summer wave update gave us fireworks (appearing in August) and the ability to visit other people's islands through dreaming by inputting the Dream Address after speaking to Luna, as well as uploading our own Dream Island Towns for people to visit! We can also do back up save so our Islands will never be lost! We got to also collect holiday Christmas themed furniture and hand out gifts to our Island Villager Residents!
