NSW Govt closes Victoria border for people living in Melbourne coronavirus hotspots | ABC News

Any Victorians from Melbourne's 10 hotspot postcodes could face an $11,000 fine, or even jail time, if they travel to New South Wales. And residents in NSW face the same penalties if they don't self isolate after visiting any of the affected Melbourne suburbs. Lily Mayers reports.
