Presently, TREI Society is managing 35 Telangana Residential Junior Colleges (15 for Boys and 20 for Girls) under the School Education Department, Government of Telangana. S no. Salient features of Telangana Residential Junior Colleges:-  All the TGR Junior Colleges are providing education in Residential Mode.  Individual attention is being paid to each student.  Loco Parent system is implemented by appointing Lecturers as loco parents.  Day starts with the physical exercises will commence from 5.30 AM and academic activities will continue till 9.00 pm in the night.  Apart from the academic activities, importance is given to sports & games and other co-curricular activities for holistic development of students. 2. Facilities at all TGR Junior Colleges: TGR Junior Colleges are having adequate infrastructure facilities in addition to well equipped laboratories, libraries, reading rooms and play grounds with well equipped physical education department. The colleges offer free education besides free boarding and lodging facilities to all the selected candidates. Special care shall be taken for talented students staying in the hostel. 6. Eligibility : a) Candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied previous classes in TELANGANA only. b) Must have passed the 10th Class qualifying examination in first attempt in March, 2026 only. Candidates who have passed in earlier years are not eligible and need not to apply. c) Open Category Candidate must secure a minimum GPA of 6 and BC, SC, ST and minority candidates must secure minimum GPA of 5 in S.S.C or equivalent qualifying examination and GPA of 4 in English for all the candidates. 7. Date of Examination: 03-05-2026 from 10.00 AM to 12.30 PM. 9. Scheme of Examination: Question paper shall be issued in Telugu/English (bilingual). Code No. GROUP SUBJECTS IN THE ENTRANCE TEST DURATION MAX. MARKS 01 MPC English-Mathematics-Physical Science 2 ½ hours 150 02 BPC English-Bio. Science-Physical Science 2 ½ hours 150 03 MEC English-Social Studies- Mathematics 2 ½ hours 150 The test is an objective type with 2½ hrs duration for 150 marks (50 marks for each subject). The candidates have to mark their answers in the OMR sheets. Model Question papers are available in the Website https://tgrjc.cgg.gov.in/TGRJCWEB/. The question papers of TGRJC CET will be based on 10th standard in Telangana state syllabus for subjects and English will be General English. Hi Friends...
