Check out SpreadAviation.com for more great content Flight Instructor Candidates need to demonstrate instructional knowledge on stall awareness, spin entry, spins, and spin recovery procedures. This is one of our candidates going through that training. What's not shown is the 2 hours of ground school we did to teach the concepts we're applying in the aircraft. This is a real student, going through real training, and there are some real mistakes. An instructor once told me, "practice doesn't make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect." Give yourself lots of room, take your time, do it right. We're using the NASA Standard spin recovery procedure and the PARE checklist developed by Master Instructor Rich Stowell. Know your aircraft. Don't spin any aircraft not certified for spins. If you've never done spins contact a local, qualified CFI. The International Aerobatics Club is a fantastic resource for information and training on spins. This video is a re-upload from Rob's old channel in 2015
