152 BPM - mixed and recorded from vinyl on audio tape back in 1999, digitized in 2004. Although there are two or maybe three Trance tracks, this is mostly a Hard Trance mix, including the ear splitting “Sound of E” by Ultrashock. Since my roots go back to the early years of raves, most of my mixes had a pretty high BPM count. I’ll have a go at creating a playlist for this set, but I can only recall some of the track names. Maybe you can assist by providing some of the missing information? I still got all the records in the basement, but they are spread across 50 or more cardboard boxes with a lot of other stuff from our last move. I don’t think that I’ll ever get my hands on one of those records again. With the impact of the cancer on my right arm I can’t handle these rather heavy boxes anymore. In addition, the clock is ticking for me so I can’t afford to spend time on things like that. Playlist (06/09/1999): 1. DJ Taylor & Flow - Gott Tanzte (Original Extralang) 2. ??? 3. Ultra Shock - The Sound of “E” - (Energy Mix) 4. ??? 5. ??? 6. Mario Lopez - The Sound of Nature (Plug’n’Play Remix) 7. ??? 8. Onda Del Futuro - Elementi (Original Club Mix) 9. DJ Quicksilver - Cosmophobia (C.J. Mix)
