shin akuma preview

coming soon. someone cracked the code on anim swapping but you gotta do it by hand/hex and man it fucking suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks. shin akuma was a joke in response to amongstshadow's ridiculous sentinel but i ended up fleshing it out as a test for anim swapping. the general idea is that he's a character who is vaguely a 'ratio' char - XF literally does nothing speed/dmg wise for him and he has no assists, cannot DHC or be DHC'd into, cannot TAC etc. couldn't figure out how to disable assists for him but he's supposed to be a boss-style char with 'weird' limits
