The Black Hills National Forest in South Dakota is brand new to us but we want to get to know it! And like a new friend you've just met, the best way to learn a forest's personality is to spend time with it! Who knows what expansive vistas, hidden dispersed campsites, or gorgeous waterfalls lie within - unmarked on any map. The only way to discover such places is the explore! So, we hopped in our truck, left our RV boondocking campsite behind, and tore down forest roads at random to see what we could find. Alone in the woods is where we feel most at home. And the urge to uncover what's just around the next turn adds an excitement to our full time RV life that we couldn't do without. *Affiliate Disclaimer: As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
