In the Brave the Unknown quest from Star Wars Outlaws: A Pirate’s Fortune DLC, I show you how to complete the objectives to recover Kay’s Tools & Blaster and find an Ion Shield on Hauler’s Keep! This guide explains where to find your gear and the location of the Ion Shield. After escaping the brig (following the nebula navigation in A Pirate’s Plight), climb to the central room of the hideout. Clear or sneak past Rokana Raiders, then follow map markers to three rooms: retrieve your blaster from the tavern, your tools from the forge, and the Ion Shield from the generator room. Use Nix to unlock doors or distract enemies as needed. Once all items are collected, you’re ready to escape the hideout and continue the quest. Ideal for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S players!
