This video is part of an earlier series of yin yoga pose explorations. Seated Twist offers a quiet way to explore rotation through the spine and upper body while remaining grounded and supported. The pose invites awareness into the back body and sides of the torso, allowing sensation to be experienced gradually on both sides of the body. It is approached slowly and held with ease, encouraging attentiveness rather than effort or depth. As with all yin poses, Seated Twist can be adapted to what feels supportive in the moment, allowing time and stillness to guide the experience. This video is offered as a standalone practice and can be revisited at your own pace. Marianne de Kuyper is no longer active on this channel. A small selection of earlier videos remains here as part of a completed series. Her current work is offered through Studio20, online and in person, in Dutch or English. © Marianne de Kuyper | Yin Yoga with Marianne
