Alex’s son, Victor, took his 78-year-old father to his local bank when a teller pulled Victor aside to tell him that his father was the victim of a scam. 1 - Instant Loan Blackmail Scammers across the world used predatory loans to entrap and humiliate their victims, putting them through so much harassment that dozens of people have ended everything as a result. Although many apps offered instant loans, they usually weren’t predatory. But, there were some that harvested people’s contacts, ID cards, and photos- which they used against their customers.
