My take on low carb sausage gravy to go with the best carb biscuits you'll ever eat. An oopsie I made that turned out to be awesome biscuits. Recipe 2lbs Sausage, browned 1 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream 3/4 cup water 1/2 tsp xanthum Gum Salt, pepper, and Tabasco to taste Brown sausage and take out about 4/5 from pan and set aside. In a bowl whisk gum and water until thicken. Add cream and egg and whisk till combined. Whisk cream mixture into sausage and cook on med high heat until desired consistancy. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Add pepper, salt, and tabasco to taste. Yummo. Serve with low carb biscuits. 6 servings 32.6 net carbs for batch =5.4 net carbs per serving I may have counted more net carbs than it really is, but I tend do that to be safe on my daily carb intake
