The acquisition of WB, now headed by David Zaslav has brought many changes, including the placement of James Gunn & Peter Safran at the head of DC Studios. While the DC world is yet to be seen, elseworld movies will be produced, outside the stories of DC's main cinematic universe. Zack Snyder and his immense legion of fans still maintain hope that his story may see its conclusion. Perhaps in theatres, perhaps on streaming in services like HBO Max or Netflix. For now, all we have is HOPE.
