Dry Needling for Gluteus Medius

Dear Colleague, This patient has spasm at Gluteus Medius and also has some trigger points at there and pain during hip Flexion, Medial rotation. we have done Dry needling at two trigger points over the Gluteus Medius and have get nearly 60% improvement of range and pain during the movement.
