In this video I test the latest Windows 11 25H2 Insider (Dev Channel) and show you an updated Tips2Fix method that still creates a local account during OOBE — without removing Windows features or debloating the system. I demo everything in a VM and my Dell Laptop, explain what Microsoft changed, and give you the exact commands and safety checks. 📌 Clarification: In the minute 4:12 of the video by mistake i typed slash wrong but even when typed correctly (`OOBE\BYPASSNRO`), that old OOBE command is patched in Windows 11 25H2 Insider builds (starting Build 26220.6772) and will show “not recognized” or cause a restart loop. I recorded a quick proof short video and posted it here: 👉 https://tips2fix.com/microsoft-blocke... ⚠️ DISCLAIMER: This video is created for educational and informational purposes only. Before we fix the problem, it's good to know what's causing it. Microsoft wants you to use a Microsoft account for synchronization, security, and accessing services like OneDrive or Microsoft 365. Sounds handy, right? But for those who prefer to stay local or just want less hassle, it can be outright intrusive 📢 Microsoft Announcement: "Local-only commands removal: We are removing known mechanisms for creating a local account in the Windows Setup experience (OOBE). While these mechanisms were often used to bypass Microsoft account setup, they also inadvertently skip critical setup screens, potentially causing users to exit OOBE with a device that is not fully configured for use. Users will need to complete OOBE with internet and a Microsoft account, to ensure device is setup correctly." 🔗 Links & Resources • Get Commands here: https://tips2fix.com/microsoft-blocke... • Repo / Script: https://github.com/tips2fix/bypassnro • Microsoft Blog (Insider): https://blogs.windows.com/windows-ins... © Tips2Fix — Created for education, transparency, and safe learning. #windows11 #windows11bypass #localaccount #oobe
