Dark Souls - Artorias / Cheese Tactics - Base Level Sorcerer (Dead in 16 seconds)

Awhile back I uploaded a video demonstrating how to easily beat Artorias with the base level knight using Power Within Pyromancy (which is even easier with the Pyromancer). Unfortunately, that method isn't effective with the starting level Sorcerer because the starting level sorcerer does not have enough stamina or health to withstand Artorias' attacks. As the fight drags on, chances are he'll one-shot you. Sorceries are also not a viable option at base level. As with the Sanctuary Guardian, Artorias is nearly invincible to the weak spells available to the Sorcerer and Thief at starting level. However, you can cheese Artorias with Chaos Fireballs. You'll need the Red Tear-stone Ring, Bellowing Dragon Crest Ring, Dusk Helm, +5 Ascended Pyromancy Flame, +15 heater shield, and reasonably upgraded light armor. The heater shield is for blocking glancing attacks, but should not be depended on. You want to roll out of the way of all attacks if possible. It's tricky, but this is honestly the ONLY way I could get past this boss as a starting level sorcerer. Note: This tactic also works with the Soul Level 1 Pyromancer, and is actually easier with that character due to the Soul Level 1 Pyromancer having more stamina.
