Diet Week, Day 5 of 5! What is the Ketogenic Diet? And, an update on Nip 'N Lift! I’ve developed a diet based on the Standard Keto Diet of 75% Healthy Fats, 20% Protein and 5% Carbs derived from Green Leafy Veggies Only. I’ve made it into a 7 day Options Plan, meaning, you have different choices you can make based on your taste buds for that day, whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and even snacks (but, remember, you have to figure out how many calories for your own personal body). YouTubers will want to print out a screenshot of the diet, but Facebook users will have a download to print out should you want to take a closer look at this diet and implement it. Day 1 and 2 you’ll do maintenance calories of your Keto Diet, meaning, if it takes 1500 calories to maintain your body weight then that is what you’ll consume. Day 3 you’ll only consume 500 calories. You’ll drink lots of water this day to get rid of toxins in your body. Day 4 & 5 you’ll do maintenance calories again, and day 6 you’ll be back on your 500 calories. You’ll continue this cycle of 2 days on your Keto Diet and 1 day of 500 calories for as many weeks as you are on the Ketogenic Diet, usually about 10 weeks or so.
